MS Outlook is an application in the MS Office suite that allows you to manage your personal information. It has a number of features including an email service, calendar, task management tool, and note-taking tool. Outlook is the standard email client in most workplaces around the world, which is why it is important to learn how to use it. This is the last course in our series of four courses on MS Office for beginners, and it will teach you how to use the basic functions in Outlook as well as a few keyboard shortcuts.
