Recognition helps build morale, reinforce the right actions and behaviors, and maintain employee motivation. While you certainly need to provide consistent and frequent recognition to each of your team members—you don’t have to do it all alone. There are other people in the organization who can, and should, provide recognition to your team—and you can help make that happen. Soliciting recognition from these groups is a great thing to do.
