However, as a leader, it is essential to understand why resistance happens. When we understand the reasons for resistance to change, we are better equipped to know what to do to help others move forward. This course will help you identify the type of resistance a person or group is exhibiting. You will then learn what strategies you can use to help the person move forward. By completing this course, you will be able to diagnose resistance to change to effectively lead and champion organization change.
