The Code of Conduct module describes the basic principles by which companies try to conduct their businesses. Topics covered in this module fall under four categories: 1) The Workplace, 2) Information Security, 3) How the Company Does Business, and 4) Other Issues. Subtopics covered in this module include: Equal Employment Opportunity, diversity in the workplace, laws against discrimination and harassment, workplace safety and health, workplace violence, alcohol or drug abuse, crisis management, anti-competitive conduct, communications with competitors, sanctions and trade embargoes, trade secrets, trademarks and copyrights, electronic communications and Internet use, insider trading, and much more.
